End-User License Agreement

Effective date: May 23, 2026

This End-User License Agreement governs access to and use of software, integrations, scripts, automations, and related services provided by Third Vantage LLC. These tools are intended for authorized internal business use and for services Third Vantage provides to its clients.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the tools, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the tools.

2. Authorized use

You may use the tools only for legitimate business purposes, only as authorized by Third Vantage, and only in compliance with applicable laws and third-party service terms. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, misuse credentials, or use the tools to access data you are not authorized to access.

3. Third-party services

Some tools may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, to perform approved business workflows. Your use of those services remains subject to the terms and policies of the third-party provider. Third Vantage is not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, or errors.

4. Data and confidentiality

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, client information, business records, and other non-public information accessed through the tools. Third Vantage uses data accessed through connected services only as described in its Privacy Policy and only for authorized business purposes.

5. Ownership

The tools, related documentation, code, workflows, and other materials are owned by Third Vantage or its licensors. This agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

6. Updates and access changes

Third Vantage may update, suspend, or discontinue any tool or integration at any time. Access may be limited or revoked if use is unauthorized, creates risk, or is no longer needed for business operations.

7. No warranty

The tools are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Third Vantage disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Third Vantage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the tools.

9. Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated. Third Vantage may terminate or restrict access at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the tools and return or delete any confidential information as directed.
