Privacy Policy

Third Vantage LLC respects the privacy of clients, employees, and authorized users. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through our website, internal tools, and business integrations.

The sections from “Information we collect” through “Your choices” describe our website, our consulting services and our internal tools. They do not describe the apps we publish on the App Store, which collect nothing and send nothing to us. Those are covered separately under Apps we publish.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information, company information, support request details, device and technical information, and communications you send to us. When authorized, our internal tools may also access business records from connected services, including QuickBooks Online data such as company profile information, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, accounts, and related accounting records.

How we use information

We use information to provide IT consulting and support services, respond to requests, maintain business records, operate internal workflows, troubleshoot issues, improve security, and meet legal or accounting obligations. QuickBooks Online data is used only for authorized internal business processes and client service needs.

Connected services and credentials

If a tool connects to a third-party service, we request only the access needed for the approved workflow. Access tokens, API credentials, and similar authentication information are treated as confidential and are not sold or shared for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, such as hosting, ticketing, email, security, accounting, and automation providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with your direction or consent.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or contractual reasons. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where practical.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information where applicable. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, contractual, or business record requirements.

Apps we publish

This section covers the applications Third Vantage LLC distributes on the Apple App Store, including AgentHeadroom. It is written to be read on its own, because these apps work differently from everything above.

We collect nothing. These apps have no server, no account system and no sign-up. There is no Third Vantage account to create, nothing you do in an app is transmitted to us, and we could not receive it if it were — there is nowhere for it to go. We hold no personal information about anyone who uses them, so there is no data of yours for us to use, share, sell, retain or disclose.

No analytics, advertising or crash reporting. These apps contain no third-party code that reports anything, and no advertising or tracking identifiers are collected or used. Crash reporting in particular is deliberately absent, because crash reports capture memory and memory can contain a signed-in session.

Where your sign-in is kept. AgentHeadroom signs in to the AI providers you choose through each provider’s own web login. The resulting session is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device, marked so that it is excluded from iCloud Keychain and from encrypted backups. It is never sent to us and cannot be restored onto another device; after moving to a new phone you sign in again. Usage readings and their history are stored only in the app’s own container on your device.

Who else receives anything. No one. The only network destinations these apps contact are the providers whose accounts you have added, from which they read the same usage figures that provider shows on its own account page. Your use of those providers remains governed by their own terms and privacy policies. No third party receives information from us in connection with these apps, because we have none to give.

Deleting your information. Removing an account inside the app immediately deletes its stored session, its browsing data, its saved readings and its history. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. Because nothing is held on our systems, no request to us is needed and none is possible.

Children's privacy

Our website, internal tools and consulting services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our apps are general-audience tools for people managing subscriptions they pay for themselves. They are not directed to children and we do not market them to children. They collect no personal information from anyone, at any age, so there is nothing we could collect from a child — knowingly or otherwise.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version was last updated.
